About the Role This is a full-scope leadership role where youll oversee every aspect of park operations from guest experience to team culture to financial performance. Your responsibilities will include: * Leading and developing your team across reception, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest service * Creating a high-performing, positive workplace culture * Managing the parks full P&L and driving revenue performance * Overseeing compliance, safety, and park presentation * Collaborating with key internal partners in revenue, HR, and marketing * Handling after-hours operations as required About You Youre a confident leader with a guest-first mindset, commercial acumen, and the ability to lead by example. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy building teams that care about what they do. Youll bring: * Strong, results-driven leader accommodation experience preferred, but top performing managers from other industries will be highly valued * Strong financial, budgeting, and operational management skills * Proven ability to train, support, and motivate staff * Familiarity with RMS or other reservation systems (ideal but not essential) * Great communication and problem-solving skills * Valid drivers licence and willingness to live on site Ready to Apply?
