The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our state-of-the-art health club, ensuring exceptional member experiences, and driving business growth.Manage daily operations of the health club, including staff supervision, scheduling, and facility maintenanceDevelop and implement strategies to increase membership sales and retentionOversee financial operations, including budgeting, expense control, and revenue optimizationEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe environment for members and staffCreate and manage fitness programs and classes to meet member needs and industry trendsTrain and mentor staff to deliver high-quality customer service and maintain professional standardsCollaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaignsHandle member inquiries, feedback, and complaints to maintain high satisfaction levelsStay updated on industry trends and implement innovative ideas to improve club offerings and member experienceQualificationsBachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or related field3-5 years of experience in health club or fitness facility managementStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a teamExcellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skillsProven track record in financial management and budgetingProficiency in health club management software and MS Office suiteIn-depth knowledge of fitness industry trends, equipment, and best practicesCurrent fitness certifications from recognized organizations (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM)Experience in marketing and sales strategies for membership growthExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesStrong communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plusFamiliarity with health and safety regulations in the fitness industryAdditional InformationBeing a Raffles employee means embodying and conveying the brand and the company mindset through our Heartiest service culture. #J-18808-Ljbffr
