Job DescriptionThe TeamOur Power Systems Project HUB delivers energy solutions across segments including healthcare, education, infrastructure, data centres, and mining. The HUB team oversees full lifecycle projects across brownfield and greenfield sites, from small-scale microgrids to large renewable energy integrations. Success depends on partnering with customers at every stage, from post-sale customization to pre-delivery commissioning and handover.The Role This position is based in Melbourne, working with a multi-skilled, state-based team, and part of a larger projects team across Australia and New Zealand. The purpose of a HUB Project Manager is to plan, execute, and deliver key projects through close collaboration with customers, stakeholders, vendors, and contractors.What Will You Do?Define project scope, schedule, and budget through planning.Support internal stakeholders including supply chain, engineering, and safety teams.Oversee project progress, scope changes, and escalations.Measure project performance and delivery outcomes.Create and maintain project documentation.Manage risks and conduct commercial diligence.Visit sites and meet with customers.Coordinate third-party vendors and contractors.Model SE Company values: Inclusion, Mastery, Purpose, Action, Curiosity, Teamwork.About YouExperience managing projects in related industries.Strong communication skills, including listening and self-awareness.Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.Customer-centric with solid relationship-building skills.Ability to work flexibly across office, site, and remote environments.Studies or experience in Electro-Intensive (or similar) fields is a plus but not essential.Current, unrestricted drivers license.If interested, APPLY Now.More about Careers at Schneider Electric HERE.
