Ideally, you will hold: A strong focus on the Image of Child. Proven ability to plan, implement, and evaluate programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standards (NQS). Leadership experience mentoring educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentation. An ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or willingness to study towards a Diploma within 3 months. A current, relevant Working with Children''s Check. Additional Child Protection Training (e.g., CHCPRT025, CHCPRT001, CHCPRT026, CHCPRT002, or CHCECE057) or willingness to obtain before starting. Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain. Make Your Move!
