We are looking for an individual to commit to full time hours. The salary range for this role is between $70,000 - $75,000 + Superannuation.You will work closely with the Catering Manager and the Hospitality Services Manager. You will ensure the provision of quality food and quality customer service meeting the individual needs of our residents. You will run a smooth service including meal prep, plating of meals, texture modifying meals, menu development and menu design to name a few. We are big on compliance so we would expect you to follow that. And we are big on care: we want to look after our residents and our team.ABOUT YOUYou are professional and energetic, and you are able to demonstrate:TAFE Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) Certificate III or IVPrevious experience within a Hospital or Aged Care facilityAbility to plan menus to meet standardsYou are reliable and punctualExperience in bulk cooking and food preparationNDIS Workers Clearance, or willing to obtainBe vaccinated to meet Compliance for the Aged Care Sector.APPLY NOWReady to take the next step in your career at Adventist Senior Living?
