CopRice has been supplying quality feeds for animals for over 30 years across 6 sites in NSW and VIC.About The RoleAs part of the CopRice Operations Team you will work with the site team to align customer orders with site stock; coordinate Logistics contractors entering the site; and co-ordinate all freight across Australia with customers and carriers.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage the schedules of drivers and vehiclesMaintain accurate records of all transportation and delivery detailsTrack and coordinate delivery collections and locationsReview and ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurateResolves service issues in a timely manner, including coordinating and processing returnsCommunicate effectively with all parties involved in the transit processEnsure compliance with company policies and NHVR.This role is based in Leeton, a town in the Riverina region of NSW known for its friendly, relaxed rural lifestyle.About YouYou have excellent communication and influencing skills, an ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and strong organisational and planning skills.
