About The Role Family-owned builder with a reputation for building quality homes is currently experiencing growth. You will be joining a team of construction administrators working across tasks such as: Proactively manage and prioritise pre-site requirements and approvals to support the Home Building delivery program. Coordinate and oversee preparation of planning proposals, from single to master planning and large-scale DAs supporting major residential subdivision developments. Stay up-to-date with local building codes, zoning regulations, and development requirements to ensure projects align with regulatory standards. Analyze development issues and propose solutions. Represent the company with government agencies and councils on development project matters, including attending meetings as required. Ensure projects comply with planning schemes and building regulations. Collaborate with stakeholders such as architects, project managers, consultants, and trades. Maintain accurate documentation and file management. Liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders. Ensure efficient workflow and that project timelines are met. About You 3-5 years of experience in the residential construction sector in a similar role is essential. On-site companion experience is preferred. Ability to multi-task and prioritize a changing workload. Strong IT skills, including MS Office suite and the ability to learn new systems quickly. Excellent English skills, both written and verbal. Remuneration & Benefits The successful candidate will receive a remuneration package of up to $75k plus superannuation. This is a full-time, five-day-per-week, office-based role (Monday to Friday).
