You will be responsible for the development, creation, execution and optimisation of the Paid Search campaigns across Google & Microsoft, directly contributing to the success of our Qantas Airlines accounts.Reporting to the SEM Lead, the SEM Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day performance and optimisation of crucial search campaigns for Qantas Airlines. You will operate as part of a larger, innovative team, with interactions with key stakeholders across various aspects of the Airline & Loyalty business.Youll bring:At least 3-4 years of dedicated Search Engine Marketing experience, encompassing both strategy and technical optimisation of high-volume SEM accounts.Crucial hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and particularly bid management tools such as SA360 or similar products.A 2-3 year track record of complete accountability for client management within your search-related marketing experience.Experience working with complex product feeds, web analytics, and floodlight custom variables is preferred.Experience with SA360 Inventory Templates is highly regarded but not a necessity.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualisation tools like Looker Studio or Tableau.Both internal and external stakeholder management skills, founded on the ability to build long-term and valuable relationships.A sound understanding of the digital advertising space, with experience in a relevant role.Proven experience in the understanding of technologies associated with targeted digital advertising, online measurement and ad operations.Strong analytical skills and demonstrated aptitude for campaign reporting and insights.Strong numerical skills & a high degree of competency in understanding & calculating metrics.The ability to manage client campaigns and rapidly learn and adjust to new concepts, technologies and capabilities.Strong communication skills, with an ability to manage stakeholders of varying levels and experience through complex processes and engagementsWhy Qantas?If youre successful in your application, youll join a team where creativity and passion are encouraged.
