Collaborating closely with leaders and employees across the organisation to develop and implement strategies that enhance employee engagement, performance, and wellbeing. This involves:Building Strong Relationships: You will build strong relationships with leaders across different business units, acting as a trusted advisor and providing expert guidance on people-related matters. Providing expert advice and support on all aspects of employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.Driving Positive Change: Champion initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture, where employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their best.
