Based in our Bunbury office, the role is responsible for the end-to-end execution of the supply chain function. The focus is on strategic procurement, efficient inventory control, and reliable logistics coordination to support all areas of the business.Key Responsibilities are:Support development and implementation of procurement strategies aligned with business goals.Evaluate supplier performance regularly to ensure alignment with RCRs quality and delivery standards.Champion system and process improvements, including the adoption of digital tools and automation where beneficial.Maintain accurate records of all procurement, inventory, and logistics activities using RCRs systems (e.g. ERP software), enabling transparency and traceability.Lead continuous improvement initiatives in ERP usage and reporting, collaborating with IT and Finance as needed.Drive the development and use of dashboards and analytics to monitor supplier, inventory, and logistics performance.Provide regular reports on key supply chain metrics (such as stock levels, order status, supplier performance, and costs) to the Inventory and Procurement Superintendent and other stakeholders as required.Analyse supply chain processes and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement or cost savings, and implement approved changes to enhance efficiency.Ensure all supply and logistics activities adhere to company policies, as well as any relevant legal or regulatory requirements, and update procedures and work instructions to reflect best practices.Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and excellence in service delivery.Source and acquire required materials, parts, and services in accordance with RCRs procurement policies and procedures.Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, including negotiating contracts, prices, and terms to ensure best value and service quality.Coordinate purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely supply of goods; resolve any supply issues or discrepancies with vendors promptly.The successful candidate will display the following skills and experience:Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or arelated field.Professional certification in supply chain or procurement (e.g. APICS, CPIM/CSCP, CIPS) or similar credentials.
