How You''ll Make an Impact Our GM People Experience (PX) Partnering will serve as both a direct Business Partner to senior leaders and a leader of teams providing Business Partnering and Advisory services across the business. You will report directly to the EGM Partnering and Organisational Development, playing an important role to develop, embed, and deliver on our global People strategy. Provide strategic Business Partnering support to XLT member(s) and lead the Business Partners supporting your XLT members'' functions and leadership teams. Provide leadership and guidance to the Chief Product and Technology Officer and regional leaders on regional issues impacting the Southern Hemisphere, with specific focus on Australia and New Zealand. Work closely with other GMs of PX Partnering to ensure strong collaboration and communication, aligning with a one team approach across all of Partnering. Drive strategic business partnering objectives and ensure delivery of impactful people programs aligned with the global people strategy. Collaborate with PX Center of Excellence teams (OD, Remuneration, Workplace), working as one team across global locations. Identify skills and development opportunities within your team to demonstrate or role model capabilities in our PX Capability Framework. Serve as a trusted advisor to your XLT member(s), supporting with talent management, organizational design, restructures, and more. Support complex, sensitive, and high-risk ER issues as needed. Maintain knowledge of employment legislation, advise on risks, and ensure compliance, partnering with legal teams as required. Utilize data to analyze trends and develop solutions, programs, and policies. Work with Talent teams to meet recruitment priorities and drive workforce planning. Ensure COEs understand priorities in Business Services portfolios and develop relevant programs and resources. Build a positive employee experience that empowers employees to thrive and improves business performance. Participate in PX transformation initiatives to improve how we work. Support the Chief People Officer and EGM Partnering as needed. Proactively manage risks and compliance obligations related to your role.
