Including but not limited to reception, patient accounts, bookings, result distribution and audio typing.Reception duties, answering telephone, email and fax enquiriesEfficient patient scheduling enabling maximal utilisation of equipment and staffAccurate data entry of patient and study informationRegistration of patient arrival and dischargePeripheral administration tasks to ensure a productive and efficient workflowProcessing payments and assisting senior team with accounts tasksAccurate and timely medical audiotyping of dictated reportsDistribution of medical results and access enquiries from referrersClassifications for this position will range from HS1 - HS17 ($58,442 - $63,138 per annum).Your ContributionVCE or equivalentPrevious experience in medical administration (desired)High degree of computer literacyCustomer service and multi-tasking experienceKnowledge of medical terminology (desired)Demonstrated abilities in working in a fast-paced environmentProfessional telephone and reception skillsPrevious experience in invoicing/receiptingA valid Nationally Coordinated Criminal History heck, or willing to obtainWhat We OfferA focus on wellbeing initiatives, with regular events and programsConfidential, solutions-focused employee counsellingA healthy work/life balance encouraged.
