As a customer-facing professional, you''ll engage in a wide array of sales and pre-sales activities. From prospecting to generate leads to visiting customer sites, your primary goal will be to cultivate relationships, develop sales opportunities, and close deals. You will also manage accounts, seeking repeat sales opportunities. Requirements Developing and implementing strategic territory plans, focusing on target accounts in Manufacturing and Warehousing sectors, especially within the F&B industry. Using prospecting techniques, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other social channels, to generate high-quality leads within target accounts. Managing customer interactions through Konica Minolta''s CRM system. Understanding business requirements to tailor solutions effectively. Creating proposals and participating in tender submissions. Staying informed on market trends, competitors, and industry developments related to our products. Building relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Conducting product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (POC). Communicating features and benefits of our solutions to internal and external customers. Leveraging our portfolio to position Konica Minolta as a market leader. Generating ideas for solutions, including integrations with other products/services. Closing sales and working towards sales targets through strategic initiatives. Explaining our offerings during demonstrations, trials, and post-sales support. Adhering to sales processes, including managing orders and documentation. Who are we looking for? Proficiency in disruptive technologies like robotics (AMR/AGV/Cobot), IoT, and automation. Experience in manufacturing, especially FMCG and F&B, and logistics industry knowledge. Strong business and financial understanding. Excellent planning, project management, and execution skills. Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Proven presentation skills to diverse audiences. Self-management skills. Required Skills/Qualifications: Bachelor''s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, IT, or related fields. 5+ years in sales, business development, or strategic partnerships.
