About the Role Were seeking a highly organised and proactive People & Culture (P&C) Coordinator to join our dynamic P&C Services Team. In this pivotal role, youll be the first point of contact for general HR enquiries across the organisation, providing timely, best-practice support to employees and people leaders. Reporting to the National Manager, P&C Services, this role offers the opportunity to build trusted relationships across all areas of the organisation, delivering essential HR services with a focus on employee support, compliance, and administration. Key Responsibilities Provide general advice on HR-related matters including leave, employment conditions, and Award interpretation Respond to tier-one employee relations and performance management queries, escalating where necessary Deliver high-quality administrative support to the P&C team including record keeping, audits, and compliance reporting Prepare onboarding documentation (e.g. ID badges, system access) and maintain employee records via Workday and external portals Support the coordination of responses to external requests (e.g. legal matters, audits) Contribute to team initiatives, policy reviews, and broader HR strategy delivery Work collaboratively across the People & Culture team to ensure seamless service and continuous improvement You will also need: Cert IV in Human Resources Management and/or minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar HR or related role Strong attention to detail, taking responsibility for the accuracy of own work Excellent time management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritise work Intermediate Skills with Word, Excel and Outlook Right to Work within Australia and 100 points of ID NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate NDIS Worker Screening Check Satisfactory National Police Records Check (less than 12 months old) Working with Children Check (relevant to the state you live in) HRIS System experience (Workday advantageous) Experience working in NFP / NGO sector (advantageous) About Us Wellways connects people, strengthens families, and transforms communities for individuals of all ages experiencing disabilities or challenges to their social and emotional wellbeing.
