This position is to commence ASAP and is based at Macarthur Square.This role pays in accordance with the Security Services Industry Award 2020.The role will work closely with both Assetlink and our Client to ensure a safe and secure working environment for all persons, including contractors, visitors and employees in the building and surrounding area, through monitoring of CCTV and completing required reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and operate CCTV cameras and associated equipmentManage various communications to the control room, dealing with Client, Tenant and Customer enquiries and/or issuesFire Alarm Response, EWS Mimic Panel Operation (Warden) and provide accurate reportsAssist with Emergency Situations as they ariseDisperse Guards to potential situations caught on CCTV and monitor situations until the closure of the incidentMaintain daily reporting requirements within agreed timelinesCoordinate emergency incidents i.e. fire, bomb threat or any other critical incidentRisk identification and issue resolutionMaintain all Security aspects around the Control Room including key registers, contact lists and leave registersProvide exceptional customer service to internal/external stakeholdersGeneral security duties including administration tasksProvide assistance with the induction and signing in of contractors and other site visitorsSkills & ExperienceTo be considered for an opportunity with Assetlink Services, you must be able to demonstrate that you have the skills, experience & appropriate certification within the following areas:NSW Security Licence including control room functionCertificate II in Security Operations qualificationConfident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)An ability to form effective client and tenant relationshipsThe ability to produce high-quality performance reportsFirst Aid Qualification and valid CPR (essential)Previous Control Room and monitoring experienceExcellent, well-groomed and corporate-appropriate presentationAbility to work as a part of the Security Team and individuallyAbility to respond to emergency situationsMust have full working rights in Australia.Strong multitasking abilityHigh level of computer literacy and MS Office skillsAbility to work up to 12-hour shifts7-day availabilityWhat We Offer YouReward and recognition incentivesOngoing training and developmentA safe and supportive working environmentCareer developmentA family-oriented cultureFree uniformIf you''re a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual with a commitment to providing excellent service and would like to be part of a key onsite team, wed love to hear from you, click Apply.NSW M/L: 405174092 and 000105748, QLD M/L: 4475148 and 3153517, SA ISL: 279050, VIC M/L: 749-983-30S, WA M/L: 75418, NZ M/L: PSPLA 005808/2018, ACT M/L: 17502761 and 17502763Assetlink''s Diversity CommitmentAssetlink is committed to maintaining, growing and supporting our diverse and inclusive culture, by seeking and promoting diversity within each of our work sites.
