As the Instrumentation Coordinator, youll be responsible for maintaining, repairing and certifying a variety of field-deployable instrumentsincluding near infra-red (NIR) technology, top-loading balances, imaging systems, and other associated instrumentation installed primarily at CBH storage facilities.Equipped with a fully maintained vehicle, this role involves travel to regional sites to prepare equipment ahead of harvest & support breakdowns and urgent repairs during the harvest season.This is a full-time permanent position based out of the Australian Grain Centre in Forrestfield.Comprehensive on-the-job training is provided to support your professional growth and success.Responsibilities include:Maintain, repair, and certify NIR instruments in accordance with NMI regulations and test proceduresService, repair, and verify trade approved weighing instruments (top loading balances) in accordance with NMI regulations and test proceduresMaintain, repair, and install associated sampling equipment (e.g. Aerovac, Agitators, Falling Numbers)Support the Country Quality team with troubleshooting and fault-findingProvide on-site breakdown support during harvestAction modifications to hardware and software associated to sampling equipmentAbout You:Proven experience in a similar fieldWA Electrical licence (desirable)Electronic/restricted electrical qualification or diplomaValid Australian drivers licenceAbility to travel to site when requiredWhy work with CBH?A good bunch of peopleWe are powered by a good bunch of people who genuinely make CBH a good place to work.
