As the MR Business Manager, you will be responsible for executing the go-to-market strategy and ensuring the commercial success of the MR business within ANZ. This role will lead a talented team of MR Product and Clinical Application Specialists.Key responsibilities include:Owning the development and execution of the product strategy for our MR portfolio to grow market share, sales, and positive customer feedback.Enabling the commercial success of the MR business in the ANZ district by ensuring necessary enablers are in place to realize plans.Managing Customer Experience (CX), Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), and customer satisfaction for the MR business in the region.Identifying market changes or competitor moves and responding appropriately.Developing and implementing sales account strategies in collaboration with Sales Leaders and Account Managers to meet financial and customer objectives.Managing performance, forecasts, market trends, competition, and growth opportunities.Leading the modality sales specialists and clinical team.Ideal candidate profile:Proven marketing and product management experience within a multinational organization.Experience managing radiology capital equipment sales and strategy, with existing relationships with imaging providers preferred.Strong track record in defining and executing strategic plans with measurable impact.Experience building and leading high-performing, diverse teams.Strategic business acumen with a strong customer focus.Ability to lead transformational change.Operational excellence and persistence in achieving goals.Empathic leadership skills to inspire and connect with stakeholders.About PhilipsWe are a health technology company built around the belief that every human matters.
