This role is ideal for a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about creating high-quality content and communications that support business growth and client engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesExternal communications: Support content marketing strategies across service lines and sectors, collaborating with senior team members to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned content and campaigns.Internal communications: Drive staff engagement by creating and sharing internal communications that promote cross-functional understanding and celebrate successes.Marketing reporting: Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to enhance engagement and lead generation.Client experience & BD support: Collaborate with BD and client experience teams to develop content supporting the client journey and business development.Project coordination: Assist in planning and executing communication projects that strengthen client relationships and firm visibility.Events & sponsorships: Leverage content opportunities around events to nurture relationships and amplify impact.Media relations: Support media engagement efforts and identify opportunities to repurpose media content for broader marketing use.What Were Looking ForStrong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to simplify complex information.Experience with content marketing campaigns.A collaborative mindset and ability to build strong relationships across teams.Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.Why join us?Youll be part of a supportive, high-performing team that values creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
