As the Pharmacist Manager, you will lead the pharmacy team, and work collaboratively with surrounding health professionals to deliver high quality and effective specialist pharmacy services to our valued customers and patients. The pharmacy has a diverse range of professional services including: medication reviews, vaccinations, webster & sachet packs and UTI prescribing.Lead our pharmacy operations, professional services, and medication supply, catering to the needs of our valued patients and customers.Mentor and develop the skills of our staff, guiding them through onboarding and induction processes for new team members.Provide direction for our Pharmacy team while cultivating a positive culture that empowers everyone to excel.What youll bringYou are a continuous learner that is passionate about making a difference in the local community!
