Heres what youll enjoy:Salary Packaging: Up to $15,900 annually, maximising your take-home pay.Entertainment Allowance: An additional $2,650 annually for dining, holidays,and more.Clinical Supervision & Peer Support: A collaborative environment to thriveprofessionally.Development Opportunities: Build your skills through internal and externaltraining.Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Free, confidential support for personal andwork challenges.Paid Parental Leave: Comprehensive leave to support growing families.Fitness Passport: Affordable access to gyms and fitness centers.Key Responsibilities:Build Strong Relationships:Foster positive working relationships withstudents, graduates, team members, and stakeholders to ensure safe,high-quality care.Onboarding & Induction:Support the onboarding and induction ofcustomer-facing workers, including students and graduates.Supervision & Guidance:Provide clinical and field supervision,ensuring adherence to clinical governance and scope of practice.Training & Development:Monitor learning needs, provide or sourcetraining, and develop new training packages aligned with industry standards.Record Keeping:Maintain accurate records, complete ECP reporting andensure high-quality documentation by students and graduates.Compliance & Legislation:Demonstrate knowledge of relevantlegislation and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.Continuous Improvement:Participate in professional development, supportpolicy development, and engage in continuous improvement initiatives.Supervision & Training:Provide effective supervision and training,ensuring positive placement experiences for students and graduates.About YouWere looking for compassionate professionals who are passionate about making adifference in young peoples lives.Essential Requirements:Qualifications and full registration in a relevant allied health field, such asPsychology, Social Work, or Occupational Therapy3 years clinical experience post qualification in the implementation ofperson-centered care within a disability and/or mental health care setting.Be eligible to provide clinical supervision or be eligible to be trained toprovide clinical supervision at the time of employment.Knowledge and understanding of relevant State and Commonwealth legislation,guidelines, and standards related to disability and/or mental health care.Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office softwareand Electronic Medical Record systemsValid drivers license and willingness to travel for community-based work.Compliance checks: NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children Check, andPolice Background Check.Ready to Transform Lives?At New Horizons, every day is an opportunity to empower others and createlasting change.
