They are responsible for ensuring the team meet performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership, coaching and analytical skills to drive sales, enhance customer satisfaction and ensure compliance with industry regulations.Responsibilities include:Implement and oversee sales strategies to ensure the achievement of business targets for conversion and customer retentionDrive initiatives to improve the quality of customer interactions, ensuring that all service and sales enquiries are handled efficiently and to the highest standards.Monitor and assess customer feedback and industry trends to implement improvements and maintain high satisfaction levels.Provide strategic direction, coaching, and development for Team Managers to enhance their management skills and optimize their teams performance.Foster a positive and motivating work environment to boost team engagement and moraleWork closely with our offshore strategic partners to ensure a consistent and aligned customer experienceIn conjunction with Head of Customer Success, set the strategy and direction for the team identifying opportunities for improvement and leveraging efficiencies across the business to deliver exceptional customer experiencesAbout YouDemonstrated leadership experience and skill, specifically in a contact environment (preferably in financial services)Track record of critical thinking, process improvement, and problem solvingExperience working with offshore teams preferredAbility to work in a hybrid environment, with demonstrated skills in managing employee and stakeholder engagement, developing processes and lead others both in person and virtuallyDemonstrated skills in continuous improvement and ability to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness within the teamAbility to interpret company policies, guidelines, and proceduresWorking at HollardAt Hollard you will be part of a supportive, valued and committed team.
