For Park Life opportunities, you must be Sydney based.29th May, 2025Are you an experienced Electrical Design Engineer eager to take on medium to large-scale projects?At RSGx, you''ll gain valuable exposure to major infrastructure work while honing your skills and advancing your career.Your OpportunityWe are seeking experienced Electrical Design Engineers to work on major infrastructure projects across the east coast, especially in Sydney on the Park Life Project.As an experienced Electrical Engineer at RSGx, you will contribute to one or multiple projects by overseeing design phases, resolving design challenges, and delivering innovative solutions to complex issues. Your role includes refining design documentation and ensuring strict adherence to industry standards and regulations. You may work across low and high voltage distribution, switchboards, substations, buildings, lighting and power systems, communications, and essential distribution networks, collaborating with multiple teams to drive project success.Other responsibilities can include:Developing, reviewing, and updating design documentation to reflect accurate and up-to-date information.Develop shop drawing level documentation to reflect accurate and up-to-date information.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and construction teams, to ensure project success.Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure design integrity and compliance as required per project.Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.About YouAn experienced Electrical Design Engineer with a strong background in infrastructure projects, including rail, roads, highways, buildings, and commercial developments for Tier 1 or Tier 2 operators. You bring strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface effectively with multiple teams. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Bachelor degree in Electrical or Electronic EngineeringProficiency in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or PowerCADKnowledge of industry standards and regulations related to rail and transport projects.Experience or sound knowledge of AS3000.Both design and delivery experience will be highly advantageous within tier 1 / Tier 2 environment.Who We AreRSGx is an established management and engineering consultancy with a portfolio of projects across the infrastructure sectors.
