Each year, Warakirri offers up to five Cropping Graduate placements. The two-year program includes living and working across multiple farms and exposure to the broader corporate team.The program features two 12-month on-farm placements across different cropping regions in Australia, along with training intensives focused on technical, managerial, agronomical, budgeting, and precision agriculture skills. Participants will also attend conferences and events.About Warakirri CroppingWarakirri Cropping is an Australian-owned, safety-first, family-oriented, innovative, sustainability-minded, large-scale cropping organization. Managing over 155,000 hectares across Australia, it is a significant grain producer.What will I get out of the Graduate Program?You will participate in on-farm and corporate team activities, receive coaching, training, and mentorship, and gain exposure to different regions and farming systems, understanding how large-scale agricultural businesses operate. The program includes technical and managerial training, and upon completion, graduates may apply for permanent roles.Am I eligible for the program?Applicants must have graduated in 2024 or 2025 with a degree at a Certificate IV, Diploma, Bachelor, or Masters level from an accredited institution.
