You share the workload, why shouldnt you share the reward?OverviewThis is apivotal role in supporting the Acquisition teams efforts across advertising, campaign management, and digital administration. Reporting directly to the Acquisition Marketing Manager, this position involves managing and optimising digital advertising campaigns across various self-serve platforms as well as any direct acquisition & brand led partnerships.This role will primarily be focused on the US market but may work with the wider global team on other regions when resourcing is required.This is a great role for you if you have hands-on experience running paid acquisition marketing campaigns and want to progress your experience, owning acquisition across a selection of platforms. This is an agileenvironment where you will learn a lot quickly, have access to in-depth data to inform your strategies and be well supported by an experienced team.Primary LocationThis role is currently open to all locations within Australia, however candidates based in Melbourne may be preferred. Some infrequent travel will be required in this role.ResponsibilitiesStrategyDeveloping and executing the acquisition marketing strategyAssisting with the ideation of campaign strategies and creative conceptsPerforming weekly & monthly reportingLeading brand media buys throughout peak periodsLeading AppsFlyer integration and setup for publishers, partners & affiliatesContinually challenging the way things are done, coming up with approaches and strategies that deliver a competitive edgeActivationCreating, executing, scaling and maintaining digital acquisition and retargeting campaigns across paid platformsSupporting the Social team with the creation, execution, and maintenance of awareness campaigns across paid platformsSupporting affiliate tracking setup & integration via AppsFlyerContinually optimising and innovating to grow the Dabble community, assessing and testing new channels for acquisition growthBriefing and coordinating content producers and designers on the creation of visual assets to be used in ad campaignsPerforming regular keyword research and adjusting copy to suit new keywordsSupporting App Store Optimisation (ASO), in collaboration with ASA, to increase downloads of the Dabble appWorking with the CRM team to best utilise Braze and platform audience segmentation to drive efficient activation & retentionSupporting improvements to the user path to install and conversion rates from initial touchpointsEnsuring creative is compliant, RSG safe & adheres to NSW L&G lawsLeading first-to-market alpha and beta opportunities when availableConducting regular competitor analysis of content and advertisingTestingCreating and managing testing programs across digital marketing channels that drive growth and better performanceCreating an always-on testing schedule that continues to improve the number of FTDs driven by the teamIdeating and implementing improvements to the customer experience and delivering a landing page testing program that delivers continual conversion rate improvementTo be successful in this role you will need:Experience in a similar brand or agency roleDemonstrated knowledge of Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Twitter Ads and Facebook Adsplatform tools, including reporting functionalityExperience performing split testing and creating multiple ad variantsExcellent copywriting skills, particularly strong CTAs and concise headlinesExperience running App Installs campaigns highly desiredAbility to multi-task, prioritise and execute tasks in a dynamic (and fun) environmentA proactive andcreative approach, with the ability to challenge the norm to drive resultsExperience with reporting and presenting to internal and external stakeholdersSports or wagering industry experience highly regarded but not requiredAre you a Dabbler?A Dabblers attitude is paramount, as the right person will be able to learn quickly and adapt to any skill gaps.
