Job Description

The Administration Officer coordinates onboarding and site-specific induction activities associated with new employees who operate on FIFO and/or DIDO arrangements at Northern Queensland project sites.You will operate from Mt Isa and oversee all aspects of mobilisation to site to ensure that new employees are compliant before entering sites. Your extensive administrative experience working in a fast-paced role where taking initiative is essential will be highly regarded.Main ResponsibilitiesCoordinate site-specific inductions and ensure medical clearances are complete before access to site is grantedOrientate new employees by taking the lead to transport them onsite until they understand the site-specific requirementsKeep accurate and timely records of all site-specific inductionsAssist with booking refresher training and schedule repeat medicalsProvide administrative supportAbout YouTo be successful in this role you need to:Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a broader teamSound written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and the ability to maintain strict confidentialityProven ability to work under pressure and priorities tasks to ensure new employees are mobilised, onboarded and inducted on timeProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)QualificationsMandatoryC Class Driver LicenceCertificate III in Business Administration or similar (desirable)Why Wagners?Established in 1989 in Toowoomba, Queensland, Wagners is now an ASX-listed business operating in domestic and international markets.
