Ideally you will have experience dealing with government departments and appreciate the level of interface required with funders, certifiers and control groups. You will be guiding asset owners through the full lifecycle of building projects from design and documentation, procurement of professional services and construction. Attending meetings with the control group to provide program updates.RequirementsBased in Alice Springs.Available July/August 2025.Experience delivering building projects in the Northern Territory, especially within live environments up to $10m.Experience working on health and commercial projects is highly desirable.Qualified in Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture or another related discipline.Experience procuring professional services such as Architects, Engineers and Quantity Surveyors. #J-18808-Ljbffr
