In this role, you''ll be responsible for supporting day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining data accuracy, and assisting with financial reporting. You''ll work across accounts, payroll, reporting, purchasing, and project support. Key Responsibilities: Process supplier invoices and customer payments efficiently. Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely reconciliation and payment. Provide payroll processing support as required. Support month-end and year-end financial reporting, including reconciliations and variance analysis. Prepare reports for the parent companys statutory and management reporting requirements. Deliver financial reports to support General Managers and the Executive General Manager as needed. Maintain project data in project management software: set up new projects, assign resources, and update resourcing details. What Were Looking For: Experience in a finance or bookkeeping role. Proficiency in Xero. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
