They are at the heart of the region, and are leaders in important environmental, economic and societal change.Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, you will be responsible for leading a team that delivers information management services and systems to the organisation. With 4 direct reports, this role will support the high-quality information management practices to ensure organisational efficiency and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise your team and their duties to ensure that individual accountabilities and performance are monitored and achievedEnsure that the organisations policies and procedures are fully understood and adhered to by your teamFoster good teamwork and high staff morale within the teamProvide input into corporate plans, frameworks, reports, programs and policies as requiredMaintain a sound knowledge of current legislation, standards, policies and guidelines relevant to the area of responsibilityDevelop and maintain an archiving and retention program for the organisations corporate informationEnsure accurate and timely postal service for all outgoing documentationIdentify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to digital transformation initiativesThe ideal candidate will have exposure in supervising and guiding a team of individuals to achieve objectives. You will have tertiary qualifications in records management or business. To be successful in this role, you will be a passionate people leader, who is dedicated to achieving strong results across the division and focusing on exceptional customer service.
