Senior HR GeneralistNorthern TasmaniaFull-Time | 9 day fortnightThe BelRose Group has been engaged to source an experienced Senior HR Generalist for a full-time permanent role offering a 9-day fortnight. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to operations and values meaningful work in a collaborative environment.As a key senior member of a well-regarded large global HR team, you will provide professional advice and coaching to operational leaders and staff. Youll play a pivotal role in driving people strategies, supporting ongoing cultural change, and delivering impactful HR solutions across a broad generalist remit.You will work closely with the HR Manager and site-based HR Business Partners, contributing to workforce planning, employee relations, leadership development and capability uplift. Youll also support the post-implementation phase of their HRIS, ensuring system integration continues to enhance HR service delivery and business insight.Your responsibilities will include:Leading and contributing to cross-functional projects with HR expertise and project management capabilityProviding strategic and operational HR advice across employee relations, change management and organisational developmentSupporting leaders with the effective use of HR systems and tools, particularly their HRISBuilding strong relationships across diverse teams and influencing outcomes that align with broader business goalsCollaborating with stakeholders to identify people priorities and deliver tailored solutions that support operational effectivenessTo succeed in this role, you will need:A proven background in HR generalist roles with strong ER and case management experienceSound judgement and the ability to provide advice that is commercially astute and aligned to organisational needsStrong influencing and communication skills and the ability to engage and support people at all levelsFamiliarity with contemporary HRIS platformsA collaborative style and commitment to continuous improvement and team-based successIn return, youll join a values-led organisation offering genuine career development, competitive salary packaging, and a comprehensive suite of benefits.
