This full-time role will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving the company''s growth strategy. You will identify and secure new clients across a range of industries.What You Will Enjoy DoingIdentify and secure new business within assigned territories, focusing on acquiring profitable competitor customers.To secure new business within the potential of each market sector in your area in line with annual Business Plans and BudgetsMeet sales targets for LPG and Industrial gases, maintaining customer data in the systemMaintain records of competitors'' customers and develop trade alliances and maintain an active pipeline of opportunities in Sales Force, up to date with leads and successesSubmit timely monthly reports covering margins, volumes, and competitor activityEnsure customers have valid supply agreements and comply with safety standardsCollaborate with customer service, branch, and transport teams to maintain service levelsWhat Makes You GreatYou will demonstrate in-depth knowledge of customer needs and technical expertiseYou are from sales, business development or market development backgroundEnergy industry experience in a business-to-business environment would be an advantageAbility to think outside the square and have an open-minded approachYou possess strong work ethics with good negotiating and conflict resolution skills with understanding of price managementStrong commitment to safety, comply with ELGAS Safety Standards and Regulations Hold a valid and clean driver''s licenseWhy you will love working with usCollaborating with our customers is key for our success.
