Kmart Group is seeking an Energy & Environmental Analyst to support the collection, review, and maintenance of environmental performance data across our operations. Reporting to the Head of Facilities & Energy, you will ensure accurate reporting of carbon, energy, waste, and water metrics, helping Kmart Group meet its obligations. You will manage data in line with Wesfarmers systems, providing governance and assurance for high-quality, reliable data. Be part of a team driving meaningful change towards a sustainable future. What Youll Be Doing Document and maintain process flows for energy, water, and waste data. Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, aligning with Wesfarmers group policies. Prepare and maintain Basis of Reporting documents. Organize, administer, and maintain databases for energy, water, and waste data. Manage data collection systems, interpret data, analyze trends, and recommend sustainable initiatives. Lead systems implementation and integration projects related to energy, water, and waste data. To be successful in this role youll have: Experience in data collection and reporting for NGER and ethical sourcing audits, with strong analytical skills. Skills in streamlining processes and enhancing data controls for accuracy and transparency. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights. Sustainability or retail experience is highly regarded. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools like Tableau. Benefits well offer you: Flexible hybrid working options.
