The position is part-time (28+ hours) or full-time. You will understand and appreciate the differences between "supermarket bread" and artisan sourdough. You should have the ability to problem-solve on the job and anticipate potential production issues before they occur. Once fully competent, you will have the opportunity to develop and introduce your own sourdough-based products into our wholesale range, earning additional bonus income based on gross sales of these products.
