About the Role We''re looking for a Campaign Lead to join our marketing team. This is an ideal opportunity for a Campaign Executive who''s ready to take the next step - leading integrated marketing campaigns that support revenue growth across our portfolio of brands. Responsibilities Supporting the Marketing Manager in the development and execution of annual marketing strategies Planning and delivering digital and print campaigns that drive acquisition, conversion, and retention Writing engaging, on-brand copy for email, social, and paid campaigns Managing timelines, developing campaign briefs, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders Tracking campaign performance, drawing insights from data, and applying learnings to improve outcomes Staying across trends in agriculture, marketing, and media to identify opportunities for growth Desired Skills and Qualifications: Campaign management experience - ideally across digital, print, and social channels Strong copywriting skills and creative thinking Organised, proactive, and driven to deliver results Confident using analytics to inform decisions and optimise performance A collaborative mindset and clear communicator An interest in regional Australia or agriculture is a bonus Why join ACM?
