As our client base grows, were looking for a motivated and fast-learning junior to support our team across Google Ads campaign builds, optimisations and client reporting. About You: You''re a quick learner with a genuine interest in digital marketing and emerging AI martech Youre proactive, detail-oriented and enjoy solving problems Strong communicator whos not afraid to ask questions and contribute to the team Youre excited by the idea of growing with a fast-moving agency Bonus ( but not required ): any experience with Google Ads, Shopify, Webflow, or Google Tag Manager What Youll Do: Assist in building and managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Display) Help with keyword research and writing ad copy variations Monitor campaign performance, review search terms and update targeting Support with performance tracking, analysis and reporting Why This Role: Flexible casual role (3 days/week to start) Opportunity to grow into a larger role as we scale Learn directly from senior performance marketers If youre looking for a hands-on opportunity to grow inside a fast-paced agency, wed love to hear from you.
