You''ll provide crucial administrative and management support for investigator-led clinical studies across a range of projects and sites. Your responsibilities will include: Support Research Teams: Provide project coordination and administrative support across various clinical trials. Manage Documentation: Prepare and maintain study protocols, operational and regulatory documents for clinical research. Assist with Trial Logistics: Support budget and contract administration for research projects. Contribute to Participant Recruitment: Assist with screening and enrolment at partner clinical trial sites. Drive Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the implementation of quality assurance standards and best practices. You may be a great fit if: You have a strong background in clinical trial coordination, with excellent communication skills and a thorough understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) principles and regulatory requirements. You may also: Hold a tertiary qualification in Health, Life Sciences, or a related field. Have at least 3 years'' experience in clinical trial coordination or an equivalent role. Demonstrate experience in budget and contract management for clinical trials. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Have a good working knowledge of medical and laboratory terminology. Be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS). Hold current GCP accreditation.
