The Opportunity The Digital Strategy Group works with C-level leadership at Adobes Enterprise customers to advise on strategies for customer-experience transformation and digital innovation. Our engagements employ Adobes digital benchmarking capabilities, industry trends, customer-journey mapping, organizational assessments, and other techniques to deliver high-impact recommendations. Adobe is at the forefront of enabling our customers digital transformation and new experience-led business models. With the APAC market rapidly accelerating, we require a Digital Strategist based in Australia, to support analysis and participate in DSG Strategy Engagements with current and prospective Adobe customers. This role, within the DSG Retail, Travel and Hospitality Industry Practice, leads across APAC. As a Digital Strategy Consultant (APAC), you will participate in strategy engagements (typically 2 to 6 weeks) with Adobe customers on major deals in APAC. You will work within a high-performing team to conduct analyses, develop insights, identify use cases, model commercial value, and deliver findings and recommendations, outlining the value enabled by Adobe solutions. You will be a strategic thinker and thought leader on trends, digital innovation, use cases, business case modeling, and research in your industry. You will bring real-world digital transformation knowledge to drive business growth, optimize customer experience, and more. This role offers opportunities to develop as a customer, thought, and business leader, with frequent interactions with senior decision makers and opportunities to learn about Cloud, AI technologies, and collaborate across Adobe. At least 2 years relevant experience in marketing within a leading company, management consulting, or digital agency. Expertise in Retail, FMCG, Travel, or Hospitality. Passion for digital experiences and AI-infused cloud technology. Experience in digital or marketing strategies and understanding of technologies and tactics. Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills. High energy, curiosity, and willingness to travel.
