We have over 33 million users worldwide, and our platform is available in over 140 countries around the world.With over 1500 employees worldwide, we have locations in the US, Cyprus, UK, Australia, Germany, and Israel, and we are constantly growing and expanding into new markets.We are excited to share that we are looking for a Risk & Compliance Analyst/Administrator to join our team!What will you be doing?The Risk & Compliance (RC) Analyst/Administrator supports the RC Team to ensure the effective management of the Risk Management Framework (RMF), Compliance Plans, and Business Continuity programs. Responsibilities include risk identification, assessment, reporting to committees and the Board, controls assurance activities, third-party risk management, and meeting regulatory requirements.What are we looking for?Support the rollout and post-implementation administration of the new RC system.Assist in implementing and delivering the risk and compliance frameworks.Support internal risk governance processes, especially regarding outsourcing and third-party risk management.Contribute to quarterly RC reporting for Committees and Boards, including risk data analysis and report preparation.Assist with testing controls as part of compliance and risk obligations.Help develop and embed risk culture and emerging risk analysis processes, including maintaining the risk register.Support control self-assessment and controls testing activities across the organization.Assist in executing and reviewing the business continuity plan, including annual testing.Prepare for meetings by organizing agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.Support training module deployment and monitor completion rates.Contribute to the development of the RC system for ongoing risk and compliance management.Participate in RC projects, utilizing AI tools for drafting and research. #J-18808-Ljbffr
