We are looking for a motivated Casual Gaming Attendant to join the PLG team at The Peninsula Club in Dromana. You''ll be the face of our gaming floor, ensuring our customers have an enjoyable experience and supporting the team to uphold compliance requirements at all times. Located on Gibson Street, just one street back from the Dromana Pier, the Peninsula Club operates seven days a week from 9am. With an expanded TAB, outdoor decks, two bars, and great staff, the Peninsula Club offers an ideal location for lunch with friends or family. What will my duties include? Provide customer service to all guests, answering questions and assisting with gaming-related issues. Monitor gaming activities to ensure compliance with rules and regulations. Ensure the gaming room is always maintained at the highest standard. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations. The role may be quite fast-paced and require tasks such as lifting boxes, kegs, or stock, standing for long periods, and utilising stairs. What we are looking for: Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA). Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG). Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence. Previous experience in a similar role. Customer service skills. Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
