We are always looking for exceptional talent to join us on the journey! Your Mission We are seeking a Director of Sales - iGaming (Online Gambling) in ANZ. This will be a business development-oriented role to initially create a brand presence in the market and thereafter progressively build a commercial team dedicated to the delivery of new business, building our local footprint in the third largest online regulated iGaming market in the world (est. GGR USD $3.7 Billion - 2024 source Vixio). This role is accountable for the overall sales performance, including achieving targets for profitable sales volume, market share, and other key financial performance objectives aligned with the overall Nuvei business strategy. Responsibilities Sales strategy: Develop and execute strategies to deliver successful partnerships across the payments industry to enable lead generation and product enhancements to support revenue growth. Maximize revenue streams through robust strategies. Strategic partnership: Build and foster teamwork across internal partnerships to enhance customer experience and achieve sales targets. Cultivate key client relationships, strategic partnerships, and alliances to boost market presence and drive success. Market knowledge: Experience working in the Australian and New Zealand (ANZ) iGaming market, understanding licensing topography, iGaming platforms, and interfacing with regulators to build strategies for revenue growth. Sales Leadership: Proven track record in sales management and team building, fostering a high-performance culture within the ANZ market. Initially an individual contributor role, with plans to build out a team based on success. Metrics-Driven Approach: Implement a metrics-oriented approach focusing on pipeline management, lead conversions, and revenue growth to meet targets consistently. Payments Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the payments industry is essential to understand and navigate the sector effectively. Global Responsibilities: Potential expansion across the APAC region over time. Qualifications include deep knowledge of the iGaming industry in Australia and New Zealand, sales leadership experience, proficiency in managing sales pipelines and exceeding quotas, and at least 10 years of experience in the payments industry and business development/sales within global enterprises. A Bachelors degree is preferred, with a Masters or MBA being desirable. The ideal candidate will reside in Australia. J-18808-Ljbffr
