Due to ongoing growth in the Bathurst region, we are seeking applications for 2 x Full-Time Team Leaders - Complex Care. This team works across Out of Home Care (OOHC) and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), supporting people who experience challenging behaviours with a focus on trauma-informed care and trauma recovery. Kirinari is a highly reputable disability support service providing essential care and high-quality support to enrich the lives of our clients. Kirinari employs over 1300 staff across various regions in NSW, Victoria, and Tasmania. About The Position The Complex Care Team provides services and supports to both OOHC / Voluntary OOHC and NDIS participants. This position works within Kirinaris strength-based, non-punitive, therapeutic model of care to provide safety to our clients while supporting their growth needs. You will lead a team of Complex Disability Support Workers to deliver consistent, supportive, and safe care through individualized care plans. These are full-time positions, 76 hours per fortnight, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. About You Tertiary qualification in a related field is highly regarded Minimum of 2 years industry experience in an equivalent role Strong interest in mental health and the disability industry Understanding of strength-based, trauma-informed practice frameworks Previous experience in residential therapeutic care and complex trauma is highly regarded Excellent communication skills Strong leadership skills Ability to use computers and learn various software/programs Smartphone Current drivers license Application Process If you have any questions or wish to have a confidential discussion, please contact Bryan King at bryan.king@kirinari.com.au or 0403 272 243.
