About the RoleThis role offers the chance to shape data analysis and governance practices across government systems - supporting strategic priorities and the transition to Microsoft Fabric. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of BAs delivering cross-functional data initiativesTranslate business needs into clear, actionable data requirements and visual prototypesFacilitate stakeholder workshops and develop dashboards/reports using PowerBIAnalyse and improve current/future-state business processesCollaborate with data engineers, testers, and public sector leadersDrive enterprise metadata and data governance frameworks using PurviewSupport the agencys transition to Microsoft Fabric while maintaining Databricks About YouExperience leading business analysis in data-rich environmentsAdvanced knowledge of Azure, PowerBI, Databricks, and emerging Fabric toolsStrong skills in SQL, Python, and/or RFamiliarity with metadata tools (e.g. Purview) and governance principlesExcellent communicator with the ability to bridge business and technical audiencesTertiary qualifications in IT, Data Science, or a related field (IIBA certifications desirable) Ready to Make an Impact?Apply now with your CV.Want to explore your options first?
