$29.57 to $32.69 + salary packaging | Administration Clerk - Specialist Clinics Permanent Full Time | 80 hours per fortnight including a monthly ADO About The Role Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic healthcare setting? Grampians Health is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Specialist Clinics Administration Team, where compassionate, respectful, and high-quality service is at the heart of everything we do. Key Responsibilities Greeting patients and ensuring accurate data entry. Providing medical reception, administration, and general support as delegated. Delivering excellent customer service to patients, carers, co-workers, clinical teams, and stakeholders. Key Selection Criteria Previous experience in providing excellent customer service; experience with patient management software systems, and strong keyboarding skills. Highly developed administrative and organisational skills, including the ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritise workload, and work within tight time frames, demonstrating excellent attention to detail within a team environment. Excellent customer service skills, including communicating with compassion, discretion, empathy, and thoughtfulness with patients, families, and carers. Professional presentation and telephone manner must be maintained at all times. Well-developed interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills for professional interactions with staff, management, and stakeholders. Open to change and adaptable, with a flexible working style fostering team culture and professional growth.
