This is a full-time role, where you will play a vital part in maintaining and repairing a wide range of office equipment for our valued customers.What you''ll be doingDiagnose and repair issues with photocopiers, multifunction devices, printers and other office equipmentProvide professional and efficient on-site maintenance and repair services to customersUndertake preventative maintenance checks and service schedulesLiaise with customers to understand their needs and provide recommendationsMaintain detailed service records and ensure timely completion of jobsWork collaboratively with the wider team to deliver exceptional customer serviceWhat we''re looking forMinimum 2 years'' experience as a Photocopier, Copier, MFD, Printer TechnicianStrong technical skills and ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of office equipmentHands-on experience with maintenance, servicing and troubleshootingExcellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearlyA team-oriented approach and willingness to contribute to the overall success of the businessA current driver''s licence and reliable vehicle to travel to customer sitesWhat we offerAt Gippsland Copiers'', we pride ourselves on providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
