As an Advisor, you will undertake complex research, analysis, and evaluation of budget data and policy proposals, demonstrating experience in analysing and interpreting financial data to identify trends or anomalies. The Division collaborates with a broad stakeholder network across Treasury, the Premiers Department, and the Cabinet Office.The Budget Management and Control team supports annual budget processes and financial management across the public sector, planning and coordinating whole-of-government budget policy proposals, preparing advice for the Treasurer, Finance Minister, and Cabinet, and implementing budget reforms. The team also manages central provisions, upgrades the States budget system, and enhances budget processes and reporting to strengthen financial management.You will be joining our Policy and Budget Group and will be working within the Budget Management and Control team.
