The key objective of this role is to collaborate with team members and project requestors to confirm requirements, implement web page content requests, imagery, links and functionality while adhering to site, template and W3C standards.Essential Job FunctionsCreate new webpages and/or edit existing pages within the content management system, Adobe Experience ManagerSetup vanity URLs and redirects to ensure proper access to contentCollaborate with partners within user experience, design, project management, marketing technology, analytics, product management and complianceProvide feedback on tasks, timing, and availabilityProactively meet with partners to advise, schedule, and manage projects and content updates for key.comSupport marketing campaigns and promotions with appropriate landing pages for paid search, direct mail, email, social media, and online banking offersDetermine possible solutions, create requirements, and gather information leveraging people within Key or partner agenciesSupport general website bug and/or new functionality testing and provide feedback and/or validationRequired QualificationsBachelors Degree preferred in web development, marketing or related fieldMinimum of 2 years previous work experience in website management and/or digital marketing fieldExperience with web content management systemsProven ability to recognize and edit effective web content with an understanding of basic HTML to create compelling online experiencesUnderstanding of web marketing concepts including search engine marketing, search engine optimization, knowledge of industry online best practices and web standardsCultivates and thrives in a creative, energetic, innovative and exciting environmentAbility to effectively manage and execute numerous projects simultaneously with minimal supervisionAbility to take initiative, negotiate effectively and build productive relationships with business partnersEffective verbal and written communicator, able to communicate with a variety of audiences and management levels, and translate business requirements into technical requirementsAbility to work both independently and as a member of a teamStrong attention to detailEQUIPMENT USEDPC, telephone, multiple MS Office and web-based applications, remote access softwareTraining RequiredTraining will consist of on the job activities with the direction of management. Additional formal training will be provided as required to maintain or enhance performance and professional development.This position is NOT eligible for employment visa sponsorship for non-U.S. citizens.Compensation And BenefitsThis position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $60,000 to $65,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience.
