Reporting to the Head of Brand & Marketing, this position will be focused on producing engaging video content including: reels, videos, and other digital assets that showcase our properties and enhance our brand.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop & execute creative concepts for digital content on various platforms - aligning with Highlands brand values. This includes: weekly interactive, user-generated and behind-the-scenes contentPlan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos that showcase our brand, agents, and properties to capture the attention of potential clientsAnalyse and report on social media metrics and adjust the content strategy as needed to improve engagement and reachStay up-to-date with emerging social media trends and best practices for visual storytellingDrone operation for footage related to social media reels, as well as property advertisingRecording, filming, and editing of podcasts - we have just launched "The Home Front"Promoting the agents, agency, property, and location in the best lightVideo editing and productionIn order to be successful in this role, you will need:Demonstrate a strong portfolio of digital content creation and videography workAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlinesExperience in content creation for social media platforms (especially in the real estate industry is desired)Demonstrated experience with filming reels and podcastsUnderstanding of how to use Adobe Creative Suite, video editing tools, social media platforms, and other digital content creation softwareProficiency with photography/videography, specifically for social media channelsExcellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilityAbility to work independently and collaborate with a teamStrong attention to detail and project management skillsImpeccable communication, both verbal and writtenExperience recording, filming, editing, and posting podcasts to SpotifyPassion and energy within the role - desire to create innovative, engaging, and exciting workOwn equipment required for the role:Good quality DSLR or equivalentDroneRelevant shooting accessoriesOur ideal candidate possesses demonstrable experience and proficiency in the following:Windows 11 Environment: Proven ability to navigate and operate efficiently within a Windows 11 operating system.Microsoft 365 Environment: Experience working within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including familiarity with its core applications, and specifically with OneDrive and SharePoint for file management, storage, and collaboration.Adobe Creative Cloud Suite for Video Production: Expertise in utilising Adobe Premiere Pro for editing, Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and visual effects, and Adobe Audition for audio post-production.
