We also have a team of friendly sales and service staff, earning us a reputation for outstanding customer service and support.About the role:We are currently seeking a skilled, energetic and experienced Sales Manager to join our Allflo family. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets in your designated geographical area while managing a team of sales professionals.Your key responsibilities will be: Prepare budgets and submit estimates for sales team Set individual goals and help sales team with their individual goals Building and expanding relationships with clients Working with the marketing team to produce and execute marketing campaigns Conduct research to identify and pursue potential clients Work with the marketing department to coordinate mail outs, e-mail blasts, website updates and promotional material Following prospective client leads and converting them into sales Provide quotes and estimations according to company guidelines Preparing budgets/reports on company growth Liaising with various stakeholders and departmentsYou will be: Self-confident, well presented with a positive can-do attitude and motivated to be successful in sales development for Allflo.
