From initial product setup through to ongoing maintenance, you''ll be the guardian of our product database integrity.Promotional Campaign Preparation - You''ll prepare promotional campaigns that capture attention and drive conversions, coordinating all elements from pricing updates to promotional messaging to ensure campaigns launch flawlessly and on schedule.Financial Operations & Supplier Relations - You''ll manage the complete order lifecycle including placement, receipting, reconciliations, and invoice processing. You''ll also track and manage supplier rebates, ensuring we maximise every partnership opportunity while maintaining accurate financial records.Logistics & Compliance Coordination - You''ll work closely with our 3PL partners to optimise stock management processes and ensure all products are correctly classified with appropriate DG (Dangerous Goods) attributes for safe shipping and storage compliance.What Type of Person Will Be SuccessfulYou will be a positive, proactive and solutions focused person with a can do attitude and sense of urgency. You thrive when working with data and systems, with strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
