This role offers a valuable opportunity to develop your expertise and gain exposure across a wide range of HR activities, all within a supportive and collaborative environment.Sydney or BrisbaneSalary between $78,720 - $90,235 (depending on experience) plus 15.4% superannuationPermanentApplications close at 11:59pm AEST, Wednesday 18 June 2025The teamPeople & Development (P&D) is responsible for delivering people initiatives that are aligned with business strategy across the full employee lifecycle.The People & Pay Services team delivers initiatives, advice and services that support Senior Executives, Managers and team members during their careers with ASIC.The roleAs a People Advisor, You WillProvide timely, accurate advice and guidance on people policies, procedures, and processes in line with ASIC frameworks and service levels.Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal movements, and cessation, along with the preparation of supporting documentation.Maintain and update employee and position records in the HR information system to ensure data accuracy and compliance.Manage leave and entitlement queries, system updates, and reporting in line with legislation and ASIC policies.Contribute to team initiatives and collaborate with colleagues across People & Development to support key projects and service improvements.About YouYou are an early-career HR professional with 13 years of experience in a generalist or HR administration role, looking to grow your skills in a dynamic, people-focused environment. You have a relevant tertiary qualification in human resources, business, or a related discipline, and bring a proactive, solutions-focused approach to your work. With strong communication skills and sound judgement, you are confident responding to a range of HR queries, interpreting policies, and maintaining accurate records. You are comfortable using HR systems, proficient in Microsoft Excel, and enjoy working collaboratively to improve processes and deliver a great employee experience.View the position description for more information or click apply'' to start your application.
