Our clients include State governments, local councils, company boards, financiers, developers, builders, governments, PPP Sponsors and tertiary education providers.The opportunityWe have an exciting opportunity for a Bid and Office Coordinator to support our growing Adelaide team based on Flinders Street. This newly created role is an in-person opportunity, designed to support in the winning of local pursuits and the overall management of our operation in South Australia.With no two days being the same, you will thrive on the breadth of duties, from assisting our bid and operational team with tender submissions of pursuits and compiling fee proposals to coordinating the end of month invoicing and managing expenses. You will also take the lead in organising team events throughout the year. Most importantly, you will be the go to person for the team with overall responsibility for office and facilities management to ensure an efficient and exceptional experience for everyone. Some of the finer details of the role are listed below, but not limited to:Liaising with our business leaders to ensure tender documents are proofed, edited and formatted in line with North brand guidelines.Prepare, collate and issue correspondence and reportsManage travel and accommodation bookingsBeing the onboarding point of contact, ensuring all new starters and visitors are welcomed to the Adelaide officeCoordinate events and business development functions for the officeMonthly invoicing and expensesManage all aspects of the officeGeneral office administration and phone managementAbout you:To be successful in this role you will need to have experience in office coordination or supporting bids (and ideally both!) within a professional services environment. You will:Have previous experience working in an Office Coordinator or Bid Coordinator role (previous construction or infrastructure advisory experience is highly regarded)Have the ability to multitask and prioritise operational and strategic prioritiesHave a level of comfort and experience with invoicing and financial systemsHave exceptional communication skillsHandle confidential information with discretionWe recognise that we are only as good as our people, and we want to help our people be the best they can be.
